Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • No Cancellation or Return on wrong selection post-delivery. All customers are requested to check specifications or configuration requirements.
  • If you want to cancel the order before your product has been dispatched, we will initiate the refund after deducting a nominal charge of 5% of the order value within 24 to 72 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
  • If your product has been dispatched or delivered to you then we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping charges (both side) and a nominal charge of 5% of the order value within 24-72 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
  •  If you have received an item that is damaged/defective or wrong, just Email us at customercare@supremeitmall.com

Return and Refund Policy 

  • SUPREME  IT MALL  Return Policy is implied only where the product have defect or damage, We will not accept any type of damage/defective, seal broken or wrong product  from customers for return /refund of products.
  • You must return the Product’s in its well & proper, original Packaging for a refund.
  • If you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/refund for any individual item. You must return the order in original and proper packaging.
  • We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 5 (Five) days from the date of delivery of the order.
  • We will refund within 3 to 5 working days from application date if it requires to refund. It can take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.

Note :

  • Please check the model carefully before your purchase specially in the case of the graphics cards /GPU ,We will not accept your request for cancellation.
  • We will not accept any type of damage/defective, seal broken or wrong product from customers for cancellation or return/refund of products.
